Nij Level IV Bullet Proof Plates is designed in a single curve that makes the plate fit the body nicely. The plate is made of one large piece of alumina ceramic. Alumina material has the advantages of high hardness, moderate density, and strong bulletproof ability. Under the impact of the bullet, the front side of the alumina ceramic is broken and the remaining energy is absorbed by the soft reinforcement material of the back sheet (usually PE laminate). The back sheet of our product uses ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber laminate, which can shore up the fragments of ceramic material and the bullet itself. The two retracted upper corners of Nij Level IV Bullet Proof Plates can better fit the human body shape, making it easier to remove and install the plug-in board, ensuring a greater range of movement during tactical actions.
