The Ops-Core FAST helmet is made from a state-of-the-art hybrid composite of unidirectional polyethylene and woven aramid to provide a higher level of ballistic protection while maintaining an overall lower weight. The Ops-Core FAST helmet is designed for combat, offering varying levels of ballistic protection. At the same time, standardized peripherals can be installed at will to suit various tasks and communication needs, and the integrated snap-on clamp increases the stability of the NVG and reduces interference. The molded padding features proprietary grooves that accommodate the communications headset on the head, allowing the user to take the helmet off and on without removing the headset.
